The Lodge has a variety of rooms, five in total, over two floors, all with their own dedicated private bathrooms, some en-suite. It can be booked by single or multiple rooms, floors or indeed the entire bunkhouse.
You have your own dedicated room – there is no sharing with anyone you don’t know. Each bed has dedicated lighting with USB ports and has superior bedding and towel provided.
Being purpose built – downstairs the Lodge offers a large ultra-modern fully equipped communal kitchen with hobs, ovens, microwaves, fridges and full array of cooking equipment, crockery, cutlery and glassware.
There are two lounges with internet enabled TVs and two dining areas. WiFi throughout the Lodge.
Outside we have a patio sitting area with tables/chairs and picnic seating; it is a special spot overlooking the estate pastureland and a real evening suntrap. A great place to relax and unwind from the day
Mountain bikers enjoy easy access to the close by world-renowned mountain bike areas of Glentress and Innerleithen. The lodge has a CCTV monitored electronic digital locked bike store, 4 dedicated fully equipped bike washing stations and maintenance stands.
There are charging facilities for E bikes within the bike store. There is a large dedicated drying room, washing machine and a powerful dehumidifier as well as ample outside drying lines.

Honeysuckle Cotttage
Superbly located, a classic chocolate box cottage, Honeysuckle sits 2 miles east of the popular town of Peebles and under an hour from Edinburgh. It features a large enclosed garden with spectacular views over golf course fairways to the Leithen Hills. Opposite lies the entrance to the tranquil Cardrona Forest cherished by walkers with miles of trails. A nearby footbridge crosses the River Tweed to the multipurpose path allowing travel to local villages and towns without the use of a car.
The cottage has been completely refurbished to the highest standards. The colour pallet of the cottage induces a calm relaxation.
Inside, the well-equipped stylish kitchen with integrated units, overlooks the dog and child friendly garden.
The lounge diner has a double aspect and features bespoke furniture to create a cosy yet practical space. For the cooler Scottish nights there is a wood burning stove.
The cottage has two bright, sunny bedrooms overlooking the sixth fairway of the golf course – one with king size bed and one with twin beds, each presented in crisp linens and soft pastel shades.
The contemporary bathroom features a luxury shower over bath combination.
Honeysuckle has ample, easy secure parking, secure bike storage, WiFi and guests enjoy complimentary access to Kailzie Gardens with it’s walled garden and woodland walks.
