If using postal code (EH45 9HT) on your sat nav – it will get you on the correct road (B7062) but slightly too far if travelling from Peebles (you will pass the main entrance) and just a little short if travelling from Cardrona (you will need to go 0.5 miles on!)

Directions

Kailzie Gardens are located on the B7062 1 mile east of Peebles or 1.5 miles west of Cardrona.

Travelling from the north take the A703 to Peebles – approaching the first roundabout in Peebles follow the Visit Scotland ‘Brown Signs’. This will take you along Peebles High Street then left to cross the river Tweed on the B7062. As you leave Peebles, Kailzie Gardens entrance is 1 mile further on.

Travelling from the east from the Galashiels direction follow the A72 until Cardrona junction. Kailzie Gardens is signposted by Visit Scotland ‘Brown Signs’ as a left turn through Cardrona. Follow the signage which will take you to a right hand turn onto the B7062. Kailzie Gardens is 1.5miles further on (you will first pass the delivery entrance to Kailzie gardens – do not enter here!).

If travelling from the west follow the A72 to Peebles – do not enter the High Street but rather cross straight over the roundabout to cross the River Tweed following the Visit Scotland ‘Brown Signs’ which will lead you on to the B7062. As you leave Peebles, Kailzie Gardens entrance is 1 mile further on.
